Involvement: PHL Surveyors were contracted to prepare a Planning Report and Development Application for submission to the NSW Joint Regional Planning Panel. The proposed development involved the planting of more than 1 million hazelnut trees, associated construction and earthworks. The application involved the coordination of many expert consultants, survey and design of the plantings, meetings with Council and the successful presentation to the Planning Panel.
